Who we are

The ECCo is a Concierge Consultancy that boasts a dynamic and energetic team that is not only driven, but also classically trained in Events, Exhibitions, Activations, Entertainment, Team building, as well as Client Services Management.

Having successfully provided a niche service in innovative solutions to clients, The ECCo has in-turn managed to ensure equitable value for all assignments tasked whilst ensuring repeat business by nurturing client relationships.

Staying true to the core values of our company, Pragmatism, Passion, and Experience, our practical and focused approach is a key factor in ensuring our clients receive outstanding

service, consumers understand the marketing message, and sustainable relationships are formed and maintained all round.

Our team is based in our Johannesburg office, however with our partners and satellite teams, we are able to execute experiences at a national capacity.

Lindiwe Sibiya – Managing Director

Founder and owner of The ECCo, Lindiwe is an Events Specialist extraordinaire. Classically trained whilst working on a variety of exciting and memorable events since 2001, she has amassed extensive events and activations experience.

Lindi has both corporate and agency experience which has included dealing with high profile events and guests including Heads of State and Cabinet Ministers. She has organised events, conferences, product launches and brand activations for blue chip and private clients alike.

Some of the key events and brand campaigns she has worked on include:
The Old Mutual Anchoring in Africa 2018, (Which saw the team hosting the HE President Cyril Ramaphosa, and other dignitaries), Reserve Bank Governor Tito Mboweni’s Honoring in 2001, The SAMA’s 2004, CISCO Networkers, The Launch of L’Oréal Mizani in South Africa, Microsoft TechEd, Shell BPC Conference & Exhibition, The Nedbank Chairman’s Dinner, Mondelez Oreo & Jacobs Kronung, Nokia Lumia, Nedbank SmartZones, Oracle, AxizWorkgroup, Nickelodeon NickGenius Launch Event, BP D&T Fuel Launch Event, and the US Embassy Tech Camp to name a few.

With her wealth of experience, reputable references and thorough industry understanding Lindiwe encompasses all specialised skill to confidently manage all facets of an event, and thus started The ECCo in 2015.

Lindi holds a (BA) Degree in Psychology from Rand Afrikaans University

RSVP Management & Guest Liasison

The ECCo handles all RSVP and registration elements from design, production and distribution guest lists, to pre, onsite and post event registration management and delegate support. We also have an in-house call center service, which includes database management and maintenance, as well as guest liaison.

We custom design event websites with user friendly online registration pages that include all event related information.
